Commissions will be accepted through VGen.
Payment must be received upfront.

There are NO refunds. After I have agreed to your commission and you have sent payment, there will be no refunds issued unless for some reason I am unable to complete the work. Please be absolutely certain you are able to pay for the commission prior to requesting one.

Commissions are, by default, for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial usage can be discussed for an additional fee.
With personal use, you are NOT ALLOWED to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the character and artworks in for-profit advertising.

Making NFT's out of any of my works is prohibited regardless of the type. (This also applies to works with a commercial license)

Only the commissioner may repost the commission, with credit. If uploaded to social media, you must credit me. My ToyHouse is gillie, and my bsky/twitter is gilliechan.

Your commission will be delivered digitally; no physical art is received. I do this work through Clip Studio.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. I do not do first come/first serve.

I reserve the right to upload any work to my social medias, unless we have a conversation about it beforehand. Please let me know if you don't want your commission uploaded.
